Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the AstroConnect website and services, operated by AstroConnect. By creating an account or using the services you agree to them.

1. The service

AstroConnect connects you with independent astrologers for consultations by chat, voice call and live video, and offers free astrology tools, a shop and pooja bookings. Astrologers are independent practitioners, not employees of AstroConnect.

2. Nature of astrology

Astrology is a matter of belief and guidance. Readings, predictions and remedies are opinions of the astrologer and are not guaranteed. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You log in with your mobile number (one-time code) or Google account. Keep access to them secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information, including the birth details you share for readings.

4. Wallet, prices and payments

  • Consultations are paid from a prepaid wallet. Each astrologer's per-minute rate is shown before you start, and you are charged only for the minutes used.
  • Recharges include applicable GST. Bonus credit from offers has no cash value and can't be withdrawn.
  • Gifts and dakshina in live sessions are paid from the wallet when you send them.

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

  • abuse, harass or threaten astrologers or other users;
  • share or ask for phone numbers, emails, social media or payment details to take a consultation outside AstroConnect. Such details are hidden automatically and repeated attempts may lead to suspension;
  • misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and about your own consultation. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; your remaining wallet balance is lost when you do.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, AstroConnect is not liable for decisions you make based on a consultation, or for the advice given by astrologers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; continuing to use the service means you accept it.
